In fact, over 1.8 billion cups of coffee are consumed every day worldwide. After crude oil, coffee is the most demanded of goods, ahead of natural gas, gold, sugar and corn. Today, coffee is worth US$ 100 billion.
#LawChouMaSar is an initiative born from the desire to stimulate the manufacturing and creative sectors in Lebanon, and to stop Lebanon’s youth from migrating outside the country in search of better opportunities.

After 6 months of hard work and preparation, the Lumen team went for a task force mission, to set-up and launch Etoile de Pompadour, a 63-hectar sports and wellness domain, in the beautiful French Corrèze region.
Phase 1 of the project consists of a 28-key luxury boutique hotel, an equestrian academy as well as 15 covered tennis courts. Mentoring is a more casual relationship with no formal obligations or goals that involves a two way exchange of knowledge, social capital, and psychosocial support mutually beneficial to both parties. Some techniques include supervisory mentoring (multiple mentors each with a specialization), mentoring circles (group workshops) and flash mentoring (single, short meetings).
