Lumen’s code of ethics and business conduct is a founding value and guiding principle nurtured throughout the organization. We conduct our business within the framework of applicable professional standards, laws, and regulations. Individually and collectively, our members are required to uphold the highest professional and ethical standards, as outlined in our “code of ethics & business conduct”, built on three founding principles:

Our Clients: Treating our clients the way we treat ourselves

  • We will serve our clients with integrity and objectivity
  • We will keep our client’s information confidential at all times
  • We will disclose to our clients any potential conflict of interest
  • We will clearly state in advance our professional fees and reasonable expenses that we believe are commensurate with the scope of services and responsibilities we accept
  • We invest in long-term relationships and act accordingly

  • We offer only such services we can deliver and consistently deliver no less than what we promise
