Graphic Designer

Job Title > 
Graphic Designer
Key Activities 
  • Collect data necessary for engagements by conducting desk and field research to maximize business performance
  • Execute client projects from typesetting through to design, print and production as per project brief
  • Work as per client requirements with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales as needed
  • Create graphics, patterns and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
  • Collect several quotations from print houses and submit for approval
  • Liaise with print houses on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed within tight deadlines
  • Debrief with consultant and other team members on ways to optimize productivity given the available resources
  • Review professional publications and maintain solid relations by actively participating in the professional societies
  • Update and maintain professional and technical job knowledge by attending  on & off job training courses, workshops, exhibitions and forums as required
  • Maintain accurate time record of all assigned engagements and tasks
  • Follow Lumen’s policies & procedures
  • Identify business opportunities by bringing in prospects
Requirements 
  • BS Degree in Graphic Design
  • Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
  • Creative and innovative approach to work
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work simultaneously on several projects & meet tight deadlines
  • High personal motivation, self-management
  • Articulate and tactful communication skills
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and oral

Consultant

Job Title > 
Consultant
Key Activities 
  • Valuate & compare extracted market data and information analysis across several regional or global markets
  • Ensure the validity and quality of collected data
  • Analyze, plan, implement and evaluate engagements as assigned
  • Lead the team assigned on the engagement to deliver high-quality deliverables respecting deadlines
  • Train, mentor and teach team members improved processes
  • Maintain high quality level of reports and deliverables by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Evaluate milestones accomplishments and calculate project cost
  • Discuss strategies with the managing partners on ways to optimize productivity given the available resources, and issue a detailed action plan/report accordingly
  • Identify business opportunities by bringing in prospects
  • Network with existing/potential clients to build relations and sustain them
Requirements 
  • BS Degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration, MBA/Master’s Degree is a plus
  • 4-5 years of experience in the field
  • Strong analytical and observation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail
  • High personal motivation, self-management
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral (Arabic and/or French is a plus)

Associate

Job Title > 
Associate
Key Activities 
  • Carry out extensive research on business and market trends and communicate them internally
  • Collect and analyze data necessary for engagements by conducting desk and field research to maximize business performance
  • Prepare draft reports by using collected data and summarize findings
  • Research and recommend ways of improvement in terms of output, internal communication, sales, marketing, etc.
  • Assist in clients’ meeting and correspondence when needed, to reach project targets and meet expectations
  • Act as a mystery shopper & produce a report in a timely manner
Requirements 
  • BS Degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration, MBA/Master’s Degree is a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in the field
  • Research oriented & experienced in retrieval & dissemination of information
  • Strong analytical and observation skills
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral (Arabic and/or French is a plus)

Junior Associate

Job Title > 
Junior Associate
Key Activities 
  • Plan, conduct & organize market research utilizing institution library, archives, and collections and other sources of information
  • Arrange the acquisition and retrieval of reports & records
  • Perform field and desk research as requested
  • Respond to phone calls and e-mails as and when requested
  • Share related industry news (competitors, new ideas, business closings, upcoming projects, etc.)
  • Valuate & compare market data services & information across several regional or global markets
Requirements 
  • BS Degree in Hotel Management/Business Administration, MBA/Master’s Degree is a plus
  • No experience required (except for internships)
  • Research oriented & experienced in retrieval & dissemination of information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral (Arabic and/or French is a plus)
